3. 購入に関する注意事項
■ラコステ店舗
• LACOSTEアプリをダウンロードのうえ、会員登録を完了されている方のみご購入いただけます
• 店舗でご購入の際は、事前にLACOSTEアプリをダウンロードのうえ、会員登録をお済ませください
■販売制限について
• 購入点数に制限があります。お一人様、同一型番につき1点限り、最大5点までとさせていただきます
4. 販売初日の入店~販売に関するご案内
店舗の販売初日は、抽選による販売とさせていただきます。
【抽選方法】
① 抽選希望のお客様は指定された時間に指定された場所で待機ください。抽選整理券を配布いたします。
抽選整理券配布場所：LACOSTE新宿店 店舗入り口
抽選整理券配布時間：AM9:30-AM10:00
② 抽選整理券をお持ちの方に入店の順番を決める抽選を行います。抽選は店舗が指定した時間に開始いたします。抽選後に入場整理券をお渡しいたします 抽選時間：AM10:00から
③ 抽選終了後にお渡しした入場整理券に記載の入場開始時間の5分前に、番号順にて指定された場所へお越しいただき、スタッフの誘導に従ってお並びのうえお待ちください
※ 待機列には必ずご本人様がお並びください。待機列の代表待ち、代理待ちはお断りいたします
※ お並びの際にアプリの確認または身分証の提示をお願いする場合がございます
※ 整理券の配布に関しては時間厳守になりますので、AM10:00以降にお越しの方はいかなる理由でも抽選整理券のお渡しは出来かねますのでご注意下さい
※ 抽選整理券を受け取ったお客様のみ抽選にご参加いただけます。時間厳守となりますので、抽選時間（AM10:00）になっても抽選場所へお越しいただけない方、抽選終了後にお越しいただいた方はいかなる理由でも抽選は出来かねますのでご注意下さい
※ 抽選開始～抽選終了、又は販売開始までお時間を要する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください
※ 商品によって数に限りがございます。抽選にご参加頂きまして、入場整理券を引かれましても必ず購入出来る権利ではございません。あくまで、ご入店の順番を決める入場整理券になりますので、入店時にご希望の商品が完売の際はご容赦下さい
※ 抽選整理券、入場整理券を無くされたお客様は無効となります。また途中で列を抜けられた方で、ご案内順番までに遅れた方も同じく無効となります
※ 抽選の状況で販売時間などが多少前後する場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい
※ 店舗内外に関わらず、金品の受け渡し、キャッチ行為が見受けられた際には、販売をお断りさせていただきます
※ お会計につきましてはご本人様のみになります
※ グループでのまとめてのご購入はご遠慮させていただきます
※ 先着販売ではございませんので、深夜や早朝からのお並びはご遠慮下さい。また、近隣のお店にご迷惑がかかる場合、トラブルなどが発生した場合には 急遽販売を中止させて頂く場合がございます。また上記の販売方法及び、ルールは当日の状況でやむを得ず当日変更する可能性がございます

3. Important Notes Regarding Purchases
■ LACOSTE Stores
• Only customers who have downloaded the LACOSTE app and completed membership registration are eligible to purchase.
• If you plan to purchase in store, please download the LACOSTE app and complete registration in advance.
■ Purchase Limits
• There is a limit on the number of items you may purchase: 1 per style (same item number) per person, up to a maximum of 5 items total.
4. Information on Store Entry and Sales on the First Day
On the first day of sales, purchases will be made via a lottery system.
[Lottery Procedure]
① Customers wishing to participate must wait at the designated location during the designated time. Lottery tickets will be distributed.
Lottery Ticket Distribution Location: At the entrance of the LACOSTE Shinjuku Store
Lottery ticket distribution time: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
② A drawing will be held to determine the order of entry for those who have a lottery ticket. The drawing will begin at the time designated by the store. After the drawing, you will receive an entry ticket.
Drawing time: 10:00 AM onward
③ Please come to the designated location in numerical order 5 minutes before the entry start time written on your entry ticket, and wait in line following staff instructions.
※ The ticket holder must be present in the line. Saving places in line or lining up on someone else’s behalf is not permitted.
※ We may ask to confirm the app or request identification when you line up.
※ Please be on time. Customers arriving after 10:00 AM will not receive a lottery ticket for any reason.
※ Only customers who have received a lottery ticket may participate in the drawing. Please be punctual. Customers who are not present at the drawing location by the drawing time (10:00 AM), or who arrive after the drawing has ended, will not be able to participate for any reason.
※ The drawing and/or the start of sales may take some time. Thank you for your understanding.
※ Quantities are limited. Even if you participate in the drawing and receive an entry ticket, it does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase an item. The entry ticket only determines the order of entry; if your desired item is sold out when you enter, please understand.
※ If you lose your lottery ticket or entry ticket, it will be invalid. If you leave the line and are late for your turn, your ticket will also be invalid.
※ Sales times may vary slightly depending on the lottery situation.
※ If any exchange of money or goods, solicitation, or similar conduct is observed inside or outside the store, we will refuse sales.
※ Payment must be made by the purchaser only.
※ Group purchases are not permitted.
※ This is not a first-come, first-served sale. Please refrain from lining up late at night or early in the morning. If this causes inconvenience to neighboring stores or any trouble occurs, sales may be canceled without notice. In addition, the sales method and rules above may be changed on the day depending on circumstances.
※ Trying on items during purchase is not permitted.
※ Depending on the line situation, we may ask accompanying persons not to line up.
※ Please follow all staff instructions regarding lining up and purchasing. We may refuse sales to customers who do not comply.
※ Lottery tickets and entry tickets are valid only for the date printed on them. If staff confirm an outdated or counterfeit ticket, it will be treated as invalid regardless of the reason.
※ Cutting in line or other behavior that inconveniences other customers is prohibited.
※ Store opening time may be changed depending on congestion.

3. 购买注意事项

■ 购买限制
• 购买数量有限制：每人每个款式（同一货号）限购1件，最多合计限购5件。
4. 首日入店及销售说明
开售首日将采用抽签方式进行购买。
【抽签方式】
① 希望参与抽签的顾客，请在指定时间于指定地点等候。我们将发放抽签整理券。
抽签整理券发放地点：于 LACOSTE 新宿店 店铺入口处
抽签整理券发放时间: 上午9:30～10:00
② 持有抽签整理券的顾客将参加决定入店顺序的抽签。抽签将在店铺指定时间开始。抽签结束后将发放入场整理券。
抽签时间：上午10:00起
③ 抽签结束后，请在入场整理券所记载的入场开始时间前5分钟，按号码顺序到指定地点集合，并依照工作人员指引排队等候。
※ 请务必由本人排队等候。恕不接受代排、代表排队。
※ 排队时可能会要求您出示 APP 画面或身份证明文件。
※ 发放整理券需严格遵守时间。10:00 之后到场者无论任何理由均无法领取抽签整理券，敬请注意。
※ 仅限领取到抽签整理券的顾客参加抽签。请务必准时。若到抽签时间（10:00）仍未到达抽签地点，或在抽签结束后到场者，无论任何理由均无法参加抽签，敬请注意。
※ 抽签开始～结束及/或销售开始可能需要一定时间，敬请谅解。
※ 商品数量有限。即使参与抽签并抽到入场整理券，也不代表一定可以购买到商品。入场整理券仅用于决定入店顺序；若入店时心仪商品已售罄，敬请谅解。
※ 若遗失抽签整理券或入场整理券则视为无效。中途离队并在叫号时未及时返回者，同样视为无效。
※ 根据抽签情况，销售开始时间等可能会略有前后调整，敬请谅解。
※ 无论店内外，如发现金钱或物品的交接、拉客等行为，将拒绝销售。
※ 结账仅限本人办理。
※ 恕不接受团体合并购买。
※ 本次并非先到先得销售，请勿深夜或清晨提前排队。如对周边店铺造成困扰或发生纠纷，可能在未事先通知的情况下临时取消销售。此外，上述销售方式及规则可能会根据当日情况进行调整。
※ 购买时恕不提供试穿，敬请谅解。
※ 视排队情况，可能会请随行人员不要排队，敬请配合。
※ 关于排队及购买请务必遵从工作人员指引。若不配合，可能会拒绝销售。
※ 抽签整理券与入场整理券仅限券面所示日期当日有效。如工作人员确认使用过期或伪造的整理券/入场券，无论任何理由均视为无效，敬请谅解。
※ 禁止插队等给其他顾客造成困扰的行为。
※ 根据拥挤情况，开店时间可能会有所调整。
